La Bottega del Vino
The "Bottega del Vino" was born, recognized by the Piedmont Region in the form of an association, constituting a number of municipalities bordering Nizza Monferrato. It is said to have been born in the Ciabot of the Pro Loco of Nizza Monferrato.

The First Room
Tullio Mussa opens the first room of the "Bottega del Vino" in Palazzo Crova, which, thanks to his personality, becomes a center of meeting and confrontation of producers and the engine of awareness for the rebirth of Barbera d'Asti and the promotion of the territory. Inside this room, wines are paired with typical local dishes through the Vineria "La Signora in Rosso."

Il Nizza
The Bottega del Vino plays a crucial role in the path that will lead, almost 20 years later, to the obtaining of the independent DOCG to the Barbera d'Asti "Nizza" subzone. It is invaluable place for meeting, discussion and exchange between producers and local institutions in this important project. Nizza docg can be produced only in Nizza Monferrato and 17 other neighboring municipalities, watered by the Rio Nizza.

Enoteca Regionale
The Piedmont Region recognizes the Bottega del Vino as the Regional Enoteca of Nizza Monferrato. 65 producers from 12 different municipalities are counted. Founding members: the Municipality of Nizza Monferrato and the hill community "Vigne & Vini" and the Producers Association of Nizza - Barbera d'Asti DOCG. The three founding members formalize the appointment by notarial deed in 2007.

The Wine Shop
The Wine Shop finds a home in the center: a new Wine Shop is opened in the heart of the city's central street, the "Via Maestra "and in the shadow of Campànon, the symbol of the City Hall

Gambero Rosso
The Enoteca is increasingly a local landmark: the tasting room in Palazzo Crova becomes the venue for technical tastings of local wines by Gambero Rosso's technical staff for the production of the world-famous guide.

The Hall of Nizza docg.
The City of Nizza Monferrato initiates a major renovation on behalf of the historic Palazzo Crova. The tasting room is remodeled to better meet the needs of "technical tasting" and is named the Hall of Nizza DOCG. The spaces located on the noble floors are used to contain two museums: a permanent artistic-literary exhibition (ART Gallery '900) and The "Palazzo del Gusto" multimedia museum.

The Palazzo Crova hub
Following the renovation of the historic Palazzo Crova, L'Enoteca Regionale di Nizza leaves its space in Piazza Martiri di Alessandria and returns with its own Wine Shop to the ground floor of the Palazzo, thus creating a real wine tourism pole, in combination with the restaurant "La Signora in Rosso "and the museums, in the historic center of Nizza Monferrato.

Look and Nizza
All the rooms dedicated to the Osteria - Vineria "La Signora in Rosso", located inside the cellars of Palazzo Crova, are also renovated and modernized. In addition, a thermo-conditioned wine cellar is built for the preservation and display of Nizza and Barbera d'Asti wines from the wineries that are part of the Enoteca, so that consumers can also be offered historical vintages of Nizza, which is increasingly at the center of the Enoteca project, thanks to the collaboration with the Nizza Producers Association. Likewise, both entities are getting a makeover, with two new brands.
